At the time of booking, please inform your sales representative of any special requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your special requirements or request, but this is not always possible given that it depends on the availability of options and the location.

All food allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to your sales representative at the time of booking, but we cannot guarantee that dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated.

Please be noted that certain requirements and requests may incur additional charges. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these terms and conditions. Tripolla is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfil such requests.

A certain deposit is required for all services to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis, and the remaining balance can be paid up to 16 days prior to arrival, or, in certain circumstances (to be determined by Tripolla management and conveyed to that client), before arrival but undoubtedly before the commencement of the services. Based on the type of the service and the period of time left before the service begins, Management personnel hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment.

Aside from the aforementioned, there are other situations where full payment is expected upfront, such as when reserving a hotel or resort during peak season (such as Christmas or New Year's Eve), or upscale hotel, etc.
