Any cancellation of tour or travel services, whether avoidable or unavoidable, must be communicated to us in writing (s). Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written notice (Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays and holidays. Any cancellation received on Sunday will be considered the following working day (Monday), and any cancellation received on a holiday will be considered the following working day), and they will be as follows:

• If Cancelled after Converted, Rs 2000/-Inr Per Head Processing Fee.
• 35 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Note: Payment for any special period is non-refundable.

If you cancel the trip after it has officially started, the refund will be limited to a certain amount, the amount of the refund would be limited and would also depend on how much we could recoup from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused hotel rooms, privately chartered transportation, skipped meals, or any other services.
